Private Equity firms and Merger and Acquisition teams of enterprises all have their dedicated team to manage properly transactions from initial diligence work to close-out. Although financial diligence is typically well supported, senior IT knowledge with hands-on implementation experience is often lacking. Similarly, if you are the buyer of a new entity, you might not have within your IT team the right skills to manage the separation from the seller corporate systems and the integration into your own. This is where I can come in.

  • Tag along your Diligence team and perform an IT Diligence on the TargetCo
  • Join your PMO team and support the IT track through the TSA until close
  • Represent you as part of the PMO team for specific IT topics until successful IT carve-outü
  • Support potential new IT strategy, selection and ERP deployment
  • Advise you on IT matters and interact with the prospective buyer diligence team
