  • Part-time project participation at a cadence of 1 day/every other week to 2 -3 days/week depending on project phases
  • On-going coaching and guidance to your PMO team
  • Participation to weekly project status and monthly steering commitees
  • Review and commentary on key outputs such as testing strategy, change management plan, training plan, cutover plan
  • Identification of major risks and support in implementation of mitigation actions
  • On-demand deeper dive project assessments at key phases of the transformation (additional effort as described in section 3)
